Account & Data Deletion
AryaStack Commerce • Privacy & Data Safety Policy
At AryaStack Commerce, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and international data protection laws, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
Method 1: Instant In-App / On-Site Deletion
If you have active login access, you can delete your account immediately with real-time verification:
- Sign in to your account on our website or mobile app.
- Go to Account → Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
- Click "Delete account" and enter your password to confirm.
Method 2: Email / Manual Request
If you have uninstalled the app, lost your login credentials, or prefer our support team to handle deletion:
Send an email to our Data Protection team at: support@example.com
Please include: (1) Your registered email address, (2) Subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
What data is deleted vs. retained?
Permanently Deleted
- Profile name, email, phone number
- Encrypted passwords & login credentials
- Saved delivery and billing addresses
- Wishlist items and active cart
- Push notification tokens & active sessions
Statutorily Retained
- Past order and tax invoice records required for legal, accounting, financial auditing, and warranty compliance under statutory retention periods.
- PII is anonymized from marketing and communication databases.
